Actually, http://epg123.garyan2.net/tools/#channelMapping would be more focused to the question.

You don't have your listings mapped to the guide channels. Follow the above link to map the listings on the right side of the GUI with the guide channels on the left side of the GUI

Just a note, you have 20 lineups with 5764 services (listings). It does not appear you performed a Client Setup from Step 1... was that intentional? I know it can take some time to scan all those channels.

Obviously the these instructions are very detailed, but as I’m a complete novice in the green button world a lot of the terms mean nothing to me,
For instance what is Chanel mapping,
I have followed setup through all buttons turning green in the setup
My chosen lineup appears in wmc but no listing data

Can anybody Help this dummy

Mapping channels is basically finding a stations guide listings and connecting them to the tuners channel in WMC. Reference this webpage (http://epg123.garyan2.net/tools/#channelMapping). I wasn't hip with the latest terminology when I created EPG123, so I used the term 'matching' rather than mapping.

Basically, if the channel numbers do not match, you will have to select a station's guide listings on the right side of the client, right-click a channel on the left side of the client to map the listings to, and select 'Subscribe'. Repeat as necessary.

What does the right side panel look like for your lineups?

Also, you might want to close the client and open it again... for some reason it didn't get a count of your merged channels, lineups, or services.

Again thanks for the reply I’m grateful for help, regrettably I don’t really understand the terminology

“ for some reason it didn't get a count of your merged channels lineups or services”

everything seems to assume one is already in the zone, agreed I am 76
But reasonably tec savi , but the the install seem to be for people already in the green button world

With the picture you provided, it is hard for me to understand how much is done and what still needs to be done. From the image alone it looks like you did not do a Full install from the epg123Setup_v1.3.0.0.exe file. Another possibility is you downloaded the portable version and are trying to run EPG123 from inside the .zip file... I just don't know.

Referencing the image again... if you look at the bottom left, there will be a count of the number of merged channels (left side channel listings), number of lineups (from the combo box on the right side above the lineup channels (services), and the number of services (all lineup channels).

So first, let us back up a little and you tell me how you installed epg123 and we'll go from there.

Okay, so we know you ran the setup program and at least have the client part installed. Is the server part installed? There should be another shortcut on your desktop. Without the server part, you won't be downloading any guide data.

.
Also, seeing one of your images with the green background in WMC, are you running Windows 10?

Well let's make sure the server gets installed. Run the setup program again and make sure 'Full Install' is selected and the 'Server Files' option is checked.

Looks good. Now you can perform Step 3 of the EPG123 install (http://epg123.garyan2.net/install/step3p1/)
