I have a channel that is missing from the WMC Guide. I have been using the epg123 software for over a year now, with virtually no issues. Recently, channel 629 disappeared from the WMC Guide. I checked the EPG software, and it shows the channel is available, and selected. I also checked schedulesdirect, and confirmed that the channel was available and selected.
I checked the trace.log file, but didn't find any issues, other than a warning about the mxf file:
[10/29/2019 4:01:54 AM] [WARNG] It appears the MXF file to import is incorrect. Changing the import file from "c:\epg123\epg123.mxf" to "c:\epg123\output\epg123.mxf"
I also saw that the c:\epg123\epg123.mxf file has a timestamp from 2018, but I wasn't sure if that was okay or not.
Any idea how to resolve this issue? I have attached files for reference.

Everything looks good in your trace.log file. It looks like it is downloading the listings for that station.
Open the client (EPG123 Client), find channel 629 on the right side and select it.
Find channel 629 on the left side and right-click it... select 'Subscribe'.
It looks like something changed in your lineup for 629 and that broke your link between the tuner channel and the station listings. If you had the 'Automatically match ...' option enabled, EPG123 would have done the above automatically for you.
The warning in the log is from when I changed the output location of the MXF file to be from [epg123]\epg123.mxf to [epg123]\output\epg123.mxf. It recognizes your task is setup for the old location, but adjusts and imports the correct file.

Hi Gary,
I followed your instructions, but was unable to select Subscribe as the option was greyed out:
I also re-created the scheduled task so that it will automatically match stations to channels from now on

In order for the 'Subscribe' option to be available, you need to make sure a channel is selected on both the right side and the left side list.
Since you recreated your task, a [Save & Execute] should do it for you without the need to do it manually. You could also just run "epg123Client.exe -match" from a command prompt.
Either way, next update you should be good. If not, let me know.

Hi Gary,
Channel 629 appeared in WMC before I had a chance to follow your last set of instructions. So something fixed iteslf, but either way, everything is all good now.
Thank you for the assistance!
