With all your guide data disappearing, you had a database crash. In the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\ehome folder, how many mcepg*.db files do you have? A corrupted database and/or multiple database crashes could explain the duplicate requests....

I can't check right now, but when I checked before installing EPG123, I was at mcepg13, I believe - I have been running this PVR for ~7 years or so, so 13 crashes in 7 years isn't that bad
