PCIe 2.0 Video Card for MP4+DRM?

Hi Guys. I'm a loooong time WMC user on Windows 7 and after having moved back to Xfinity after a 2 year hiatus I find that at least one of my channels doesn't want to cooperate with my system. The channel in question is Showtime 1 HD and while I get audio I get no picture. After a bit of research here I have found that this is likely due to my system being old. Specifically I have an Intel H67 based mobo with an i5-2500K CPU and am using the integrated graphics. It's been fine until now but it seems that Intel never updated the video driver to support MP4 with DRM which Comcast/Xfinity are using for at least some of their premium channels now. Rather than performing a major upgrade I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a video card that will solve my problem. Thanks!

The Nvidia GFX 10xx series supports MPEG4 (from my experience). I know the HDMI out supports HDCP, so your monitor won't complain about a DRM break. You can find a 1030 new for under $100.
