Issue with retrieving lineup
My local Spectrum lineup just added ACC network. I contacted Schedules Direct and they had to create a rebuild. So now they say there's a rebuild lineup but I can't seen to pull it down. What am I missing?

You may have to add the new lineup and remove your current lineup. Open EPG123, login, and click the [Lineups] button. Enter your zip code and [Fetch] to see the new lineup... hint, you can right-click the lineups in the results view to preview all the channels. Also, if you hover on a lineup, it will show you the lineup ID if SD provided that to you.

That's the issue. They tell me it's NY-31593-L. There's a USA-NY-31593-L but that's for Time Warner. Does not have the channel I want. Is there a way I can just input the lineup code without using zip code??

USA-NY31593-X is Charter Spectrum Syracuse Suburbs - Digital (Syracuse) which is the lineup I am assuming you submitted a ticket for and currently does not have the ACC Network.
USA-NY31593-L is labeled as Time Warner Syracuse Suburbs - Digital Rebuild (Syracuse) but channel 1 is Spectrum News New York, so I think they labeled it wrong. The problem is, it too does not have the ACC Network in the lineup. There are quite a few additional channels in the rebuild lineup and the common stations are on the same channels, so it is Spectrum and not Time Warner.
It looks like SD was successful in rebuilding the lineup, but they have not addressed your ticket of the missing ACC Network. Getting a station added does take some time because they have to notify Gracenote which will verify the ADD and they will need to update the lineup which will eventually flow to us. If SD has closed your ticket, then I recommend opening a new one for the Rebuild lineup.
There are some advanced methods with EPG123 to create a custom lineup in order to add the station, but I don't think it will be worth it. If you are desperate for guide data on ACC Network, let me know and I will try to map that out for you.

Thanks Gary. I have reopened a ticket with Schedules Direct. Hopefully they'll come up with something. But in the meantime, there is NY31695-L which DOES have the ACC network. So I'm using that as a work around until they get this cleared up. Thanks for helping with this.
