My Ceton infinit 6 pcie card was working perfectly before my hard drive died and I had to reinstall windows. Now when I attempt to install Ceton's software, card isn't found even though it's well seated in the slot. Any ideas on a fix?

yes, all versions higher than 4.6, they are incompatible with the ceton drivers, but only during install. Once installed you can reinstall it again.
