Hi,
I recently bought an infinitiv 6. I bought it used. Works but did not come with a cable. Got it setup and working with Spectrum, but they say I have to have a tuning adapter (was expecting this). Question.. will a regular micro usb cable to regular USB end work?
USB cable for Infinitv 6

Ideally connect your coax like the picture.
The 2nd pic is if you ever go dual.
Which 6 tuner did you get? internal PCIe or external ETH?

I believe what they are telling you is a part the size of a fat credit card. It is programmed for the channels that you are paying for. You rent it from Spectrum. Cost is $ 2.99 - 4.99/month. It plugs into the back of your TV card and the cable wire attaches to the back edge of the card.b123guy wrote:Hi,

I think he has the CableCard..... They want him to get a Tuning Adapter (TA). Two popular TA brands are Moto or Cisco. The cable he is asking for is pink in the picture above, and connects the TA to the Tuner. Ceton ETH6 is used in the picture.

Thank you all for the replies. Crash I took your advice and bought a mini B usb.. however, it's actually a mini A. They look exactly alike. I could not get the mini B to go in for anything. So did some more digging. Found some converters that might do the trick. And yes.. it's the infinitv 6 ETH.
