Добрый день. Недавно для себя сделал маленькую программу, суть которой заключается в том чтобы проверять запущенные программы и при нахождении указанной выполнять схемы работы дисплеев. Включать основной, дополнительный, расширять картинку на мониторах или дублировать. Все это указывается пользователем.

К примеру я ее использую для запуска игр и Windows Media Center, отключая основной монитор. Программа бесплатна и созданная для удобства.
