Does this work with an Infinity TV or just the HDR model ? If I install DVBLogic Server and DVBLogic IPTV, what configuration do these apps need to be set to in getting this working ?

Any overhead in system resources in running these in the background ?

"Half solved" is a real stretch here.

If I understand it right, the DVBLogic Virtual tuner is using the DLNA streaming functionality of the prime, which the infiniTV doesn't have.

That said, I have a feeling it will get solved soon :-) We just have to figure out what was removed..... and this affects more than just WMC -- I've seen warnings going back to mid-July that other WMDRM protected media like stuff for Zune becomes useless with Win10 AE as well.

Yeah, unfortunately I couldn't come up with a suitable Title for the post, within the Time Limit.

Workaround for Non DRM channels would be better than Half Solved

Well i have played with win10 yet, but why is DBV software needed at all, with HDHR-CC and WMC
Has WMC become broken in the latest update of win10 ?

I believe DVBLINK is a UK company. DVBLink Server version 6 was the most recent when i set this up. Have you tried using Google to find it?

does this work with WMC guide data, or do you need to have schedules direct... or will neither work..

Yes there's a tab inside dvblink server to configure guide data. I never tried epg123, the free EPG works fine.

Be careful with this step though.....Do a System Image First....I blew mine up the first time.

If you configure WMC to go get the guide.....WMC will blow up and you have to re-install.

The trick is configure DVBLink to go get the guide....as I recall, WMC gets the guide from DVBLink (not directly from Rovi as in a normal install)

Is this a free solution? IPTV seems to want a serial/activation

DVBLink Server and WMC v8.8 are free, IPTV etc you have to buy. But you can have a free trial.

Did you activate to get the free trial? See picture...

I installed the server and of course have WMC installed on a 10.393 client. I didn't want to go down the road of discovering this worked only to learn it costs $$$ for additional modules.

How long does the trial last and are there limitations?

Activate the module you find out how long the trial is and how much the cost is.

I got most of it sorted... how did you map the EPG entries with Rovi? Were those done one at a time? I have 400 channels and thought there might be a more automated way to match these.

Select All then use the left arrow to attach the epg to the signal

You got to get it working in DVBLink FIRST.....before bringing it in to WMC.

We are attempting EPG123 over here... http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/vie ... 84#p113484
