HD HomeRun had been working fine for years. Relatively no problems outside of the occasional hiccup. Switched from a modem to a Comcast modem/router combo and WMC won't recognize the tuner. Made sure UPnP was enabled on settings so that's not the issue. And I'm pretty sure I don't need to pair the cablecard again.
Any ideas?

Yep, you were right, changed some of my homegroup settings and messed with Discovery. Good call Stuart, thanks.
