This year we all experienced them and my take on it is this... Every time we had some glitches, when we exited the other side we were rewarded with a more stable and robust system. Over time the Microsoft EPG service steadily declined until it suddenly and unceremoniously plummeted off a cliff. They simply didn't care.
Not so with SD and EPG123. When we experienced these growing pains, both Gary and Robert worked diligently to fix them. In addition we've all gained so much more in terms of additional functionality along with the improved stability. I find no fault and have zero complaints.
So... Kudos to SD and EPG123 for a banner year!
