So, I'm running two systems, first with v1.0.2 and the second with 1.1.19.
Both access SD for Comcast Boston Digital Cable for 02130.
Example channel with different guide listings is this:
channel: 810
Station ID: 91446
name: WBTS-CD
Tonight, 01/09/21, first guide shows Saturday Night Live, second guide shows NFL Football.
No errors in the trace.log.
Any thoughts?

WMC has some complex logic on whether to accept guide changes or not. I have found that even running identical stations with the same history, guide imports and whatnot that the different stations will possibly make different decisions on those changes. Updating to v1.6.0.5 (or very soon v1.6.1.0) will make sure all guides will be the same as the imported file so you won't have this situation after that.
