I think the Schedule's Direct service was having an issue when you ran EPG123. Try it again.

I would say there is something locally going on with either your network or firewall or AV software. The log you posted is showing that at 4 minutes 30 seconds your connection is aborted on the initial try and on the retry. EPG123 will timeout at 5 minutes so it is not doing the abort.
Try reducing the number of days to download to 1 day and see if it completes a download.

Well, not surprised, but was hoping. The problem is not epg123, and not Schedules Direct. I just downloaded all stations on all 4 of your lineups without issue. Another thing to look at to include with what I suggested above is if you had a .NET update. Other than those suggestions, there's not much more I can provide at the moment.

11/10/2020 there was a .NET Framework update 4.8. Do I need to uninstall and leave it off? Since I have a schedules for 14 days, that would be exactly when this problem likely began.
Can you explain what broke?

You can give it a shot, but 11/10 was a while ago and you just started having problems, correct? I have .NET 4.8 on my VM running without a problem, but I mentioned it because epg123 uses the .NET webclient for talking with Schedules Direct. You can try uninstalling 4.8 or installing it again from the MS website.

I had it wrong. There were five .NET Framework updates installed today.
I will remove them and see if the problem is fixed. If so, do I just have to live without the updates?

You can give it a shot, but 11/10 was a while ago and you just started having problems, correct? I have .NET 4.8 on my VM running without a problem, but I mentioned it because epg123 uses the .NET webclient for talking with Schedules Direct. You can try uninstalling 4.8 or installing it again from the MS website.

The error persists. Any ideas what is happening?
I removed the .NET Framework and nothing changed.
I get listings for most channels, but a few have missing listings or none at all.

I think the time has come to turn off your virus scanners and firewalls if you haven't done so already. Give it a try.

Do you have any other network connectivity issues with this machine? For instance, if you browse the web with it does it work fine or does it also have connection problems?

Do you have another computer/laptop you can install the server component of epg123 on to? If you have the same problem on that computer, then the problem is more than likely within your network. If it doesn't have a problem, then it will be local to your WMC computer.

Considering the error connecting to my computer, I used a VPN and it appears to be working properly.
No clue why my device IP is being blocked. I live in a resort property with shared internet.

I appreciate the help trying to figure this out. I have no idea why my IP appears to be blocked, but at least it is working using the VPN.
