HDHomeRun Tuner Channels Not in Lineup

#1

Post by TVTechTB » Sun May 17, 2020 10:39 pm

First off just want to say how much I love EGP123. Just added channel names instead of call signs in WMC and it's a whole new world!

There are some channels listed in HDHomeRun Setup that are not in my Schedules Direct lineup for Comcast - Digital (Santa - Rosa) Zip 95407. I can watch them through HDHomeRun setup so they appear to be active but there is no listing for the channels in the lineup.

Here are the channels:
410 - FS2 - Fox Sports 2. There is a listing for FX1 but no listing for FX2.
1099 - FETV - Family Entertainment Television.
1624 - CLEO

Any ideas how I can math these channels or add listings? Searched the forum and read the documentation. I realize it's only 3 channels but my OCD really wants to match them up and get listings for them. I know, first world problems!

Thank you!

Submit a ticket with Schedules Direct (https://schedulesdirect.org/lineupsupport) and they will notify Gracenote to get it added to the lineup.

In the meantime, if you have automatch enabled in your task and want the channels to show in your guide even without listings, you will need to delete your task, disable automatch, and then create the task again.

There is another option to get the listings now, but it is a bit involved and has some risk in the future. You will need to disable automatch, find another lineup that contains the stations you are missing and add it to your account, select the stations for download, and manually match them in the client. With the new lineup, be sure to not disable any of the stations, and only add the new stations. Disabling common stations in the new lineup will disable the same station in your current lineup.
