3 Days of Guide Data Remaining?

#1

Post by MSMTC » Mon Apr 06, 2020 6:51 pm

Just got notification I have less than 3 days guide data-I’ve been using for ~4 months no issue (Windows 8.1 WMC)

Rebooted, no fix, downloaded most recent update, no fix

Is there an identified solution? I tried finding it in this post string but didn’t see (I’m not a savvy user)

It is probably better to start a new thread instead of posting in this one. Start by posting the end of your trace.log file (the last two or three days from the end of the log). You can open the log by pressing the "View Log" button in the EPG123 GUI/server tool (not the client tool). Then just cut and paste the last couple days of data from that log in to your post between
tags, like this:
Paste text here
I keep getting Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. When I submit-how can I override that?

It’s rather long with a number of TMDb catalog searches for things that I never looked up

If you're down to 3 days, then you've had issues for quite a few and just noticed. If you want, send your trace.log file (C:\ProgramData\GaRyan2\epg123\trace.log) to support@garyan2.net.

Everything was fine running v1.3.2.0 until 3/26 when you started getting the error which, I can only guess, is a corrupted/malformed response or a bad entry in the cache file.

I just ran an update on your lineup for all stations which downloaded and processed just fine. I would recommend you clear the cache using the [Clear Cache] button (might take a bit), and then click the [Save & Execute] button to rebuild the MXF file. I expect that to be successful.
