I guess I will just resetup but kinda urf anyone else have there headend line up disappear

This happened to someone else last week I think. Evidently the provider (Comcast?) told Gracenote to delete the lineup and create a new one.

You don't need to resetup anything, really. You just need to open the configuration GUI, delete your existing lineup and add the new lineup. A [Save & Execute] will update you and put you back in business.

When the lineup was deleted in the master data we opened a ticket with Gracenote to confirm, because it impacted hundreds of users. The response was that it was a valid delete, and that the provider had Gracenote create a new lineup.

are we only allowed to change a certain amount of times? because it says 5 left what happens when we run out? fios could ask them to delete it 5 more times

That limitation is for a current 24 hour period. You can have as many as 6 lineup additions to your account within a 24 hour period.
