No call signs or logos

I am not getting any call signs or channel logos only channel numbers. Is this something that takes time to populate or did I do something wrong?

Need to help me out here. It sounds like you have not mapped any guide listings to the guide channels. Open the client... what do you see?

Do you see channels on the left side? Do you see station on the right side? Are there any channels on the left side that has the 'Subscribed Lineup' populated with something?

Are you using hdhr2mxf.exe or epg123.exe to create the mxf file?

All stations on the right are there. all channels on the left have "EPG123 Comcast" in the subscribe lineup column. I'm guessing I'm using epg123.exe.

In the MCE guide I have the programs and channel numbers but no call signs or logos.

Open Tweak WMC and click the [Default] button. See if what you then have is just 7 rows and the callsigns with channel numbers.

Are you behind a VPN? There has been a case that the VPN would stop us from downloading images.

actually I have noticed that all the VOD channels and porn channels have call signs

WMC will show either/or for callsigns or logos. If it thinks it is supposed to have a logo, the call sign will be hidden. If there are no logos for the channel, then the call sign will be displayed.

Looking at your images, there are a few things to note. You didn't perform a WMC TV Setup and deny the Program Guide Terms of Service. Those lineups assigned to your merged channels that do not start with EPG123 are MS/Rovi lineups and will have the No data available messages.

Open Tweak WMC and click the [Default] button and DO NOT click the [Update] button after that. See if that restores your logos.
