WMC has empty guide

I went through the installation as outlined in the installation pages and it all went well: Channels appeared in WMC as well as guide listings. However, I noticed that WMC had missed one set of channels during the channel scan. (NOTE: This was not a surprise. I've been manually adding these because the available line-ups have wrong call signs for where I live. However, after adding these channels manually, WMC always worked fine -- I was receiving guides for these channels from the MS Service as expected.)

So, I went through the process a second time (all steps) but this time, after the channel scan in WMC I added these channels manually. Yet, after completing the steps, including running the task, the guide remains empty for all channels. Would appreciate some guidance before I just go through all this yet another time.

UPDATE: When I exited the EPG123 client, it informed me that the line-ups hadn't been associated. Sure enough, the rebuild had cleared those. Redoing those fixed the issue.
