This release is primarily to address the warnings for Stations with No Data Available. There has also been improvements with all 3 executables for a better initial setup experience. The Transfer Tool will now show/include Manual Requests and One-Time Requests, though the One-Time Requests are not transferable. Otherwise just minor tweaks and adjustments.
