EPG123 Client Backup and Fine Tuning Channel
EPG123 Client Backup generates a .zip file that contains a file lineup.mxf. I have one channel that used to be fine, but now seems to be a little off: green blocks, stuttering, etc. Can I change DvbTuningInfo / frequency (with 1/6 of a MHz), then import lineup.mxf, to actually "fine-tune" the channel?

Interesting question. A few thoughts though.
If you change the frequency, it will be for the transponder so it will be for more than that single channel.
In order to do this, you would have to [Restore] the updated lineup.mxf file. If you import the file while your tuners are already setup, you will end up with duplicates... it doesn't update the channels that already exist.
