EPG says lineup deleted

For no reason that I can understand EPG123 lost says lineup deleted. When I try to add the Schedules Direct line up EPG123 says that it is already there. I can't find any lineup in the program. I went to Schedules Direct and there was no lineup there so I subscribed that channel lineup again. After opening EPG123 I noticed I find that I can't login to Schedules Direct from EPG123. The user name, password and login field are all grayed out. Please help me understand how to recover.

Open a ticket with Schedules Direct. Your lineup has improperly been flagged as deleted (I'm assuming USA-GA10433-X which I verified). If the username, password, and login button are greyed out, it means you are logged in... it's just your lineup is completely blank due to the flag.

It doesn't appear the 'DELETED' flag has been removed. Did you submit a ticket?
