How do I get channel logos (icons) in the xmltv file output from EPG123? I use it with a SchedulesDirect account, and EPG123 successfully downloads channel icons. But the xmltv file doesn't include any "<icon src=xxx />" line (which I think is how icons are specified in xmltv files). For instance, this is an entry from my EPG123.xmltv file:
<channel id="EPG123.58646.schedulesdirect.org">
<display-name>CNNHD</display-name>
<display-name>CNN HD</display-name>
</channel>
