French guide empty

Post by lachape_one » Sat Dec 02, 2017 9:53 pm

Is there any issue with the french guide data from SD? I tried to download it several time today from EPG123 and there is not any data imported to the guide, every channel says "no data available". I use Orange Digital DTH Paris and Canal Digital Boulogne Billancourt lineups . Worked fine two weeks ago.

No problems here. Just downloaded for FRA-0001980-X and FRA-0004329-X. What size and date is the epg123.mxf file?

Is it no longer importing?

hello garyan
epg123 downloads correctly but i don't know where the data are...
epg123.mxf size is 107Mo and last updated 16 November
since this date, i moved manually the path of the "Download" directory (before it was E:\Download and then i moved it to D:\download) and the EPG123 directory moved at the same time to E:\download\epg123 to D:\download\epg123

When you moved from E: to D:, did you remember to recreate your scheduled task? Is there anything in your trace.log file since 16/11?

Okay, looks like I am trying to fit a 32-bit unsigned integer into a 32-bit signed integer variable. I am not sure why not sure why theTVDB series ID is 0xFFFF but that is what is throwing the code off.

Do you have the checkbox "Use TheTVDB season and episode numbers if provided" selected?

Let me see if I can capture which program it is that is causing a problem.

Okay, found the offending program. It is an episode of "Take Me Out" on channel 427 (RTLGER) of Canal - Digital (Boulogne Billancourt). If you remove that channel from download, you should be able to update all the others. The specific episode ID from Gracenote is EP018736350015.
