No Data Available - EPG123 or Schedules Direct?

#1

I'm having a problem with my EPG123, wondering where the problem lies and what I can do to fix it.

I'm on Verizon FIOS in the Washington, DC area (Herndon, VA according to the guide).

WUSA (the CBS affiliate) (Channel 9 SD, channel 509 HD) has been showing up in the guide as "no data available" for about a week now. All other listings are showing just fine. I'm using the latest version 1.7.1.0. The logs don't show any issues (the EPG symbol is showing as green). I've cleared the cache, forced a guide download, saved and executed to force a database build, etc. Still showing as "no data available". In fact, there isn't even an icon for the network (CBS) anymore!

So is the problem with EPG123? Or is it Schedules Direct?

What can I do to get the listings back for this channel?

Thanks!

If you open the client, on the right side is 9 and 509 available?

Yes, both are listed on the right side. (WUSA and WUSADT)

On the left side, they are checked, but there is no name associated with either (it's blank)

Then just click the Match by [# Number] button. The guide listings should map to the tuner channels.

That might have done the trick. The listings finally came back.
