EPG123 not populating from Schedules Direct

After running a retune of my two tuners in WMC I'm having problems with epg123 which was working fine before that. Although I have a paid for and current membership of Shedules Direct the main program window of epg123 is empty and the save and save/execute buttons are greyed out. I've done a full uninstall and reinstall and clean setup of epg123 but am still getting the same result. The client does seem populated with programs, however, and there is a YouView lineup in the right window (though I'm not sure if it used to be YouView).

I can log on to my Schedules Direct account on their website so I know my username and password are correct.

Where am I going wrong?

For some reason the log file wouldn't attach here (it was claiming an invalid file format but was only named trace.txt), so I've copied and pasted the last page or two of the log file below.

What version of EPG123 are you on?

Wonder if SD has blocked the workaround Gary was using.

I got the same error here from my scheduled updates at 1122Z and 1420Z, but it is working fine now. Something on their end.

Miracle of miracles, after messing around for hours yesterday trying to get the programmes to download, I turned my computer on this morning and it's working like there was never a problem! I think it might have been a problem at Schedules Direct as it did have a warning on their website about some problem with their servers and to try later if so. I like the nice new touches on the guide (like a picture of the programme which is really cool. Thanks Gary. A modest donation heading your way!
