Welcome to TGB.tv. Most people here do not speak/read Italian. The message says:

Can not open the program because of a software restriction policy. For more information, contact the system administrator.

Software restriction policy ? Have not seen that issue from the time we were just manually copying files over (the start of Win 10 WMC)...Dam.

To the OP, Did you follow the directions ? You need to run the test permissions then reboot BEFORE you install. If you didn't and dont have the permissions correctly, I could see issues like this happening.

I would suggest run the Uninstaller, Run the test permissions (watch for the 2nd command prompt), Reboot again, then Re run, test permissions (it should do the same thing), after that, Try to install again.

That does not help at all. Give us a little details on your error.

In the file you downloaded, there is a directions and troubleshooting text files. READ them and READ them again, follow the directions to the T. IF you still have problems let it use know.

We do need a little more info besides You cant install it...

FYI: V8 had a problem with scheduling shows. If you got v8 to install, it's a known fix for v12 that after you install v8, uninstall, reboot and try v12 again, in most cases it fixes it.

There is a few updates because there was a lot of fixes so it's worthy to be on v12...
