Unable to uninstall W10 WMC, not present in Programs

Hi all,

Had a problem and decided to start from the beginning but cannot find out how to remove WMC.
Using the newer 8.9 msi it keeps saying WMC is already installed and I cannot get any further.
Cannot delete eHome as I don't have access.

Would appreciate any helpful suggestions

Windows 10 Pro 64 21H2 up to date

WMC 8.9.0 is considered an App. Go to Settings -> Apps and it should be listed along with all the other Apps and Programs as "Windows Media Center".
