It works fine on version 1909

Maybe it is working, I see it is still installed, I found a version of the program I downloaded back in 2019 that does run.
The one I had just gotten from github is bad.

If it is the same one I have it lets you distribute your recorded programs across multiple disks. You specify a set of drives anf on an interval you specify it will redirect the storage for your recordings to the drive with the most space. e.g. I have 2 recording storage drives and each day the pooler switches to the drive with the most storage.

By "most storage" he means the drive with the most FREE space available, which can change daily based on your recording activity.
