Windows Media Center problem

I changed from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and I saw that my games didn't work.So I tried to fix it and after a restart all my programmes wouldn't open,but it said to try open with WMC and now EVERY programme have that stupid icon and I can't even open them.How can I change everything back to normal?!

If I understand correctly, you appear to have a file association issue. You need to change or reset your file associations.
