Librarys not populating

Hi All, wierd problem that I'm hoping somebody will no of.

I have 2 computers running mce no problem. The 3rd computer was running kodi for about 18 months. I tried but in the end it had to go, so I want mce back on the 3rd pc.

Sounds easy, well there are problems.

It installs, I go through set-up, I add library folders. If I open videos it shows the folder has 200 items in it. I open it and all thge 200 are there, I click it and its empty. It seems it can read the folder but not open the content. Or no content in the folder. But there is.

Like I said, my other mce's are fine. I'm baffled.

I'd like to add , that sometimes when i open the video folder i get the windows 10 spinning disk.

Problem not solved but it's working.

I decided to reset windows 10 and try again, whatever was causing the anomoly has now gone.

I've had problems with the libraries getting corrupted for some reason. Not sure why it happened, but I don't use them much so never really tried to fix it.
