This is an issue I have run into in the past however, and I tried to manually enter these registry keys on newer versions of WIndows 10 in order to bypass OCUR discovery and activation both of which depend on PlayReady 2. My thought has been that by manually pointing WMC to the correct registry keys I won't need the OCUR architecture or PlayReady to use my cablecard tuners.

Please let me know if you get WMC working with cable card tuners on newer versions of Win10.
