Need suggestions: NextPVR/Kodi, how to include Netflix/Prime Video/etc?

Hello all,

I've been running a media center server/satellite HTPC setup for many years now, basically ever since the original Ceton 4-tuner CableCard tuner came out. I'm currently running a pair of HDHomeRun CableCard tuners with my cable provider, on a server machine that runs NextPVR and Kodi. The satellite HTPC's all run only Kodi. It's a functional setup that my wife uses everyday; I don't really have the ability to "mess with it" too much because angry wife = sad life, etc. For that reason, I've been unable to explore my options here.

So I ask the experts: is there any solution out there that will keep the features I have now, but add the ability to use Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or any other streaming service? I'd like to keep this setup, but if it's not possible, I'll move to any platform necessary to make it happen. Full remote-driven GUI is necessary, however.
