WMC extender for Win10?

I have a Win7 VM running WMC on my Win10 pc. Is there an extender I can install on Win10 to connect to my Win7 VM running WMC?

That's not an extender... either you connect to WMC on win 7 VM or not or you install WMC on win 10 and connect an extender to that. You cant make a PC an extender.
