Hi.

2 weeks ago closed captions disappeared on one HD livetv channel.
Now 2 days ago, sound disappeared .
All other channels are ok.
Is any idea what i need to check? If i check in my LG tv, sound and CC is ok.
I use DIGITAL DEVICES cable tuner.

You could try the built-in diagnostic inside of WMC. Select the channel you're having trouble with then press 411 and the info button. Use the right and left Arrow to see all the pages of 411 info. Take some pictures with your phone then do the same thing for a working Channel compare the pictures.......

Problem solved.
Provider issue. Now all works.
