I have audio, not video

I have several shows taped , tonight I went to watch them and all I have is audio,,,,no picture

I then went to a show that was playing live and tried to watch it on MWC and all I got was audio, no picture, so what ever is happening the picture will not come through.

any ideas?

sorry for the melt down, I fixed it.

I tired a golfing tape and nothing happened, then a window opened up and said to re-start windows, files were out of line or something, it came and left real fast.

so I re-booted and presto-change, all the shows taped have video and I can get live shows on WMC.

all is peaceful again,,,,,,,,,,UNTILLLLLLLLLLL
