Its not so bad.....Actually Reset becomes easier with practice, (for me, 40-50 times since Nov 1) I don't even have to read the pages any more... enter...down arrow....enter....
Its like playing

Looks like a new update became available tonight (after 3 days of no updates) at 10:33pm ET.
I now have guide data up to February 4th @ 7pm
I assume others will be good again as well.

Update in Los Angeles, TWC. Last night received update to Feb 4 on all channels including TCM.
No need to do anything, I think this was all on the Rovi side and not anything with MC.
Just go to your guide in MC and right click on a channel number and choose get latest guide and it'll run update for you.

Wow! That many times?? I had an XP MCE setup that I ran untouched for almost 10 years (until the Rovi switchover finally put it out of its misery). I had to setup a 7 machine 6 months ago, but I haven't had to reset it yet.
Best advice thumprtyz69 - turn off all automatic updates and ignore any guide issues unless you only see a day left. Most guide problems I've had fixed themselves before data ran out. Also, put daylight saving time on you calendar as a week to ignore guide data running out. There's always an issue in those months, but it is always fixed a few days before data runs out. Although, it is fun to login to this site and read all of the "fixes" people do...

Had to redo my in-law's setup last night, grr.
Weird thing is after I bonded the separate Indianapolis / Louisville lineups the frequency data for a couple of the channels was incorrect for some reason. I had to create custom channels for those channels at the right frequency, then map the guide data to them and disable the guide channels. PITA.

It seems that Rovi dropped the "Rebuild Digital" Lineup last night for my area so the guide pretty much disappeared overnight. It looks like the regular non-Rebuild Digital Lineup has all of the current channels again (it had the old lineup from 2014 before) so should be back in business. Just a note if anyone else might be on a "Rebuild" lineup.

Things are really screwed up here. I had a merged lineup working fine and all of a sudden, all guide data for one of the metro areas is gone. The stations are there but they all show "no data available."
Running LineupSelector to remerge metros gives the same result, "no data available". Running GuideTool to copy lineups to the station also gives "no data available".
One step forward, two steps backward. Sigh.

Fri night (1-22-16) my guide seemed a little short, perhaps about 8 or 9 days. I checked it very early Sun (1-24-16) and it went to 2-4-16 until sometime in the evening which would give it almost 12 days.

Since Friday's full update of 13 days of listings ending at 7 pm EDT 2/4, I've gotten updates on Saturday and today but both updates didn't actually contain any new listing data. My listings still end at 2/4.
Hopefully MS/Rovi doesn't think things are fixed.

Going through TV setup after a flush (deleting the mp names files in ehome folder)about after 10 times finally worked 90%.. Had to reboot after setup other wise guide wouldn't update (or show any info). Per the guide information tab.. It seems to keep pulling a different TV lineup(zip code area) then what I had selected.. Yesterday I did full guide update.. Took about 30min, but it filled the few missing movie channels guide info...

From here, looks like we've settled on a new state of normal... Now getting 12 days of data instead of 13. And no updates on weekends.

Mine never had a delay in updating, but I did lose all my subchannel information (7.2,7.3,4.2,etc). I ran the object store recovery task in the task scheduler this morning and all is well now! With the OSR task I didn't have to reset anything, all my recordings are still scheduled.

Yeah, the new data now becomes available at around 8am ET instead of around 7pm ET the day before. So I am getting the same update I used to (13 days), but it is over 12 hours late, which makes it really only 12 ½ days (assuming you download it right after it becomes available).
The last update I got was 2/5 (Friday) @ 7:48am ET which is actually the update I would have normally gotten on Thursday @ ~7pm ET before this "change".
