4:30pm in Seattle and still no OTA joy. Schedules Direct is looking tempting...

My Verizon FiOS has been updated to 11/2/2017 @ 8pm ET

EDIT: Be careful, the season premiere of "The Walking Dead" has an incorrect OAD of 10/1/2017 and is therefore marked as a repeat.

Southern Cali, good till evening 11/2.

I got the listings by pressing OK when asked to download on the "3 day" warning popup when pressing the guide button on my remote. Listings appeared a minute later.

Still nothing, OTA Detroit. If nothing by tomorrow morning, switching to EPG123.
Moved to W10 and NPVR in December 2019. Bye.

Yesterday evening I did a forced schedule update on a Dell laptop and got the guide. I then tried it on two other machines and when I checked they hand not updated. A manual force on another machine did work. This morning I checked both machines that didn't update last evening and both had received scheduled updates since then. Neither machine had new guide data.

I then ran the forced update command and the machines updated.

I may be that you will have to run the forced update since the guide dates from all the failed updates may have confused all the MC machines. If you don't have a guide yet run the elevated command prompt from Windows\ehome\mcupdate.exe -uf. This will force the download AND it runs client maintenance so it takes awhile, but the guide will show the updated data once the Client Maintenance starts. If you pop up is working you'll know if you're in Client Maintenance, if it isn't you'll have to go to event viewer and look at the Media Center list to see if Client Maintenance has started. Mine can take up to two hours to complete.

Some progress in South Florida. After a solid week of no updates, my OTA unit apparently updated overnight and now shows full data up to evening of 2 Nov. However, my Comcast units are mixed. One shows data through AM on Tue, 24th. Others still show no update and expire Mon evening.

reported earlier that the update came through yesterday afternoon for San Francisco.

two thing that I noticed

1. for the non-major networks there are a lot of generic program descriptions

2. the guide seems to access quicker. the same thing happened just after the last major breakdown, then over time it began to slow down again and occasionally lockup for short periods of time 30-45 seconds to 1-1/2 minutes.
I wish they would find a way to clear out useless data on a regular basis that seems to be bogging down the program.
