WMC7 receiving wrong EPG for new lineup

HI, Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

WMC7 with SiliconDust Prime (CableCard) tuners.
Los Angeles Area

Probably as a result of TWC/Spectrum changeover, my cable lineup changed in early Feb.
All new channels are being received and no technical problems with CableCard authentication, etc.
However, none of the available EPG options in the WMC7 setup I receive match the new lineup, so it's a mess.
Setup information offers Time Warner Cable HD Los Angeles, which still matches the old lineup)
There is no option for a Spectrum EPG. Understand the EPG is being provided by Rivo not Microsoft. (?)
Spectrum says the have no responsibility for the EPG in WMC7.
No one seems to be watching this at Microsoft and is there a way to contact Rivo?
Are there any option for a correct EPG?
Surely there are other WMC7 CableCard / Spectrum customers in the area ?

Hope someone has some ideas.
