Guide Tool 1.4 error

Hi,

With the current lack of guide data from microsoft I have been trying to setup epg collector. That bit is ok but I'm trying to use Guide Tool to map the channels.
I have been trying guide tool 1.4 – great that it can now pull imported lineups, however I get an error when I do a subscription.


Failed to subscribe tuner 'Professional DVB Digital TV DVBS2 #1' to lineup 'epg collector': System.ArgumentException: Passed Lineup does not have a WMIS UId with its headend Id.
Parameter name: lineup
at Microsoft.MediaCenter.Guide.Device.SubscribeToWmisLineup(Lineup lineup)
at GuideToolAddin.TvSetup.SubscribeToLineup(Int64 deviceId, Int64 lineupId)


If I ignore these errors then the guide shows data but if I do a search I get nothing and the series recordings don’t pickup anything to schedule.

The existence of guide data means you successfully subscribed the service to the channel. The failing to search is due to not having run the reindex task on your new data. You can kick one off by running the task in Task Scheduler, or manually do it from a command line with ehPrivJob command like below.
