Hello,
I'm using epg123 for my EPG in WMC than I convert the shows with MCEbuddy (renaming the show like : TV\show_name\Season xx\show_name - SXXEXX.mp4) and then import them in plex.
There's a lot of cover art, posters, banners that are missing within plex, so I would like to be able to use the "generic" image show from the WMC EPG when nothing's found in TheTVDB. (see : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2CW_s ... sp=sharing )
Does anyone know how to do that?
thanks

WMC stores the images in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. It uses the linked filename from Schedules Direct on the amazon servers which look something like p10781465_b_h3_ae.jpg ... and on top of that, it adds extension .cache on the end so the file in the temp directory is p10781465_b_h3_ae.jpg.cache.
Epg123 has made it a little easier to find with the guideImages.xml file which has all that info in one place ... you can find the title of the series which matches it to a url/filename. From there you can get the file in the temp directory.
