fedora 36/ mythtv 32/ infinitv pcie 6

Hi All,

I have recently been running an early version of fedora with mythtv 29 with only an occasional 376B recording with resolves with a power cycle. Unfortunately this very reliable system fell prey to a bad power supply which took out numerous pieces of hardware before outright failing. I've rebuilt the system with Fedora 36 and mythtv 32 and all my recorders function with exception of the infinitv. The driver loads the card. I can access the webpages. I can view video over the direct connection ctn91xx_mpeg0_0. However when I try to record from the infinitv the system records a 376 b buffer and hangs one of the system processors at 100%, effectively locking out the system until I power cycle it. The ctn0 interface is setup with the interface at 192.168.200.2 and the infinitv at 192.168.3.1. I can ping both addresses. This is set up essentially as I remember my old system. If I look at the backend log I see:
2022-08-01 16:55:53.101458 I [4573/4870] CetonStreamHandler recorders/iptvstreamhandler.cpp:119 (run) - IPTVSH[0](::-1): run()
2022-08-01 16:55:53.102013 I [4573/4657] Scheduler scheduler.cpp:2899 (HandleRecordingStatusChange) - Tuning recording: "WRAL News at 4PM": channel 11209 on cardid [2], sourceid 1
2022-08-01 16:55:53.182190 I [4573/4870] CetonStreamHandler recorders/cetonrtsp.cpp:396 (Setup) - CetonRTSP: Transport: RTP/AVP;unicast;client_port=42370-42371
2022-08-01 16:55:54.022583 N [4573/4870] CetonStreamHandler recorders/dtvsignalmonitor.cpp:378 (HandlePMT) - DTVSigMon[2]: PMT says program 1 is encrypted
2022-08-01 16:55:54.054686 I [4573/4573] CoreContext scheduler.cpp:717 (UpdateRecStatus) - Updating status for "WRAL News at 4PM" on cardid [2] (Tuning => Recording)

The only thing unusual here is the channel id of 11209 which is for cable channel 1209. I've tried everything I can think of including replacing the infinitv and the cable card with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to debug this or what might be going on?

Thanx in advance

I'm sorry, the card IP should read 192.168.200.1 not 192.168.3.1...
