More Playready DRM problems

EDIT: Disregard below. The overide drm fixed it

I've searched and tried many many tips here in GB to no avail.
I had a system die but the c drive was fine. I put that drive in a new system and of course it broke playready and drm.

I was wondering if anyone could walk me thru a few steps that maybe I haven't tried.
As I'm trying now I get the wmc cannot connect to the internet which is total BS.

Using win 8.1 pro
