The Maxifier utility - Adjusting maxified screen size?

Anyone know if I can get The Maxifier to "squeeze" the image?
I have been able to get it to "maximize" the screen but it's zoomed in too much.
I lose information on the top and bottom as you can see in the first screenshot.

I am able to use Maxifier to move the screen upwards a tiny bit so I can see more of the bottom (and lose some of the top).

But I'd really like to squeeze the image so the top & bottom fit even though I'll get black bars on the left & right.
Can't figure out how to do that though. Anyone know if it's possible?

I'm displaying at 4K resolution btw.
And the same video file looks perfect when played in MPC-HC.

Btw, this is using The Maxifier so that when I start WMC, it automatically "maxifies".
If I use the manual option to "fit screen" as you see in this screenshot, it doesn't fit very well.

This appears to be overscan, and is either a setting on your TV (if you are using a TV) or a setting in your graphics card settings.

Thanks!
It's actually not though. This is my source for whole-house video and as I mentioned, that same video file looks fine when played with MPC-HC which is another media player.
It's the same on all my TV's and projector.

You may not have selected "Television" when you "Setup Display" in WMC, you can read about this here. "Television" is the only setting that does not cause WMC to cut off the edges of the video.

Wish I'd seen this post months ago.
I had been setting up WMC for "Projector" instead of "Television".
Who knew that would create overscan issues!?!?
Well, you did. Thanks for sharing that knowledge.
