Chance to show Microsoft they were wrong to discontinue WMC perhaps?
I came across this survey on ZDNet and immediately remembered Microsoft saying that no one used WMC so they decided to drop it, and thought TGB needs to see this.

Why are you still using Windows 7 survey?

Good deal. I responded. But it won't matter. Microsoft doesn't care about the average consumers with PCs any longer. They are all corporate, Enterprise, and Cloud now.

Yeah, I agree. I was just thinking that it might stick in someone at Microsoft's craw some, and maybe prompt thinking twice about dropping support for features without actually verifying the popularity and user interest in something, if they see how many people still love WMC and what an opportunity they decided to take a pass on.

And here are the survey results. The largest number of responses for why in compatibility reasons was users of Windows Media Center, 1.5% of all respondents (out of 2855 total).

That doesn't even take into account the number of dedicated WMC machines out there, like mine, that don't do anything but WMC.
