I usually binge watch the three weekly Chicago (Med, Fire, PD) episodes at one time. The past few blocks of three have this peculiar naming convention where the wtv file is named Fire but it's actually Med. Additionally, PD is actually Fire and Med is actually PD.
Does anyone know what might cause this?
Subsequent blocks are correct. Strange indeed.

Most likely they changed the airing order of the shows and the guide was not updated in time.
If you look here, you can see that the airing order was Med, Fire, PD, which matches the order in which they were recorded.
P.S. The www.tvtango.com website is a good site to look at TV listings from the past, I know of no other TV listing service that has past listings.

Yeah, it goes way back too. I can even see what shows were airing on the day I was born
