Intel Graphics How to set custom 119.88Hz resolution?

I am using an i7-6700K with Intel HD 530 graphic. I set custom 1920x1080 resolutions of 119Hz and 120Hz, but both are not exactly what I was looking for video playback. I am seeking to realize a 59.94x2=119.88Hz refresh rate, but 119Hz results in 118.88Hz, and 120Hz results in 120.022Hz. "59p" stock results in 59.989Hz I should mention. This was tested using a friendly Test UFO that flew by.

I am not sure how I would go about using the Intel Graphics Control Panel Advanced tab to input the proper numbers to get a resulting 119.88Hz refresh rate. I don't even know what a front porch is. If anyone can provide assistance, or an online source to generate the proper figures, it would be very helpful. I am feeding a 120Hz capable Sony X900F 4K TV, and I want to use "119.88Hz" so that I don't have to toggle 24Hz mode for BluRay playback, and to assist the inverse telecine equation by providing it with 24Hz of syncing goodness...times five.

How to achieve a proper 59.94Hz would also be appreciated!

Paul
