Extenders and PC & Windows 7 Premium License for free - covert the cost of shipping

I'm closing down my media center system(s) and would rather give away my components to someone who can use them that have them recycled. I think all the pieces work.

The problem I've run into recently is that I'm having outtages with my cable provider where every few months they forget I have a cable card, remove the cable card from their registered tuner database and I have to call and have them do a reset which takes 24 hours to provision.

Anyway I've decided to move on to. It's unfortunate that the alternative interfaces aren't as good as Media Center.

Instead of selling the individual items on Ebay I'd rather see the stuff go to someone who is a media center enthusiast.
Shipping for the PC on ebay is running around $20, I'm going to guess shipping all items to a single address ground would be $30-$40.

I'd like to package everything together instead of making multiple trips to fedex/ups.
