Home theater suggestions

Hello all,
I'm looking at building a home theater system using these components:
Pre-amp: PR-SC5530 11.2-Ch Dolby Atmos Ready Network A/V Controller
Speakers: Mackie HR824 MK2
I'm interested to know if you guys any suggestions on good subs that compliment the above speakers & premap.
Subs: ?????

There are a few audiofiles around here, how bought a little bump.

Have you looked to see what the AVS guys have to say? Whenever I get new equipment, whatever it is, that's where I go. Those guys will yak and yak about the same amp for years.

Hello Crash2009,

Thanks for suggestion and sorry for the slow response, wow time flies. So sadly never got around to getting that setup as it was a bit out of my price range so I've limped along on with my Samsung HTD6500W 5.1 up until this point. I'm currently in process of upgrading to Denon AVR-S760H along with new to me speakers I'm picking up for reasonable prices. I've managed to pick up Polk Audio CS2 Series II Center Channel Speaker from a co-worker for 40 bucks, POLK AUDIO Monitor40 Series II PAIR 5.25" 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers for $150.00 and am going to be stereo/3.0 bound for a little while I test on the 3 above speakers to see if I would like to use the 40s for rears as well. I also still need to research a good sub to to go with the setup and good ceiling speakers but those will likely come after I make it back to 5.1.

Maybe someday though I'll be able to pull off that dream setup with the Mackies but for now this at least gets me up and going with a reasonable 4k solution.
