I just reset my Android phone and saw that the My Media Center is no longer in the Google Play Store.

I had an older device that I extracted the APK from, if anyone wants to host it I can send it to you.

forgive me, I got this app mixed up with another app that is having the same issue (dvd profiler). I am unsure about any differences with the MMC app on IOS and android, sorry for the misinformation

Found MMC very useful when MC was running on Win 7 - any way of making it work on Windows 10? I have the download from Ceton saved from a years ago - If not, any alternative that would allow management of recorded TV

Sure. Gary that developed EPG123 also put together a version of WMC that works with w10. Cetons MMC app work with it. Just Google epg123.

Just updated to iOS 15.1 on my iPad 10 Pro. The app does not work. Says it needs an update.

I have an iPad Pro 10.5 and MMC has worked fine on all iPadOS versions through to the current 15.4.1
Sounds like you are using the expired App Store release, rather than the RyC release from this thread.

This is not really an issue that needs to be fixed for me because all info is loading, but thought i would report the recent missing images

I was hoping that would be the case. Have you verified it works outside your network? I'm not sure if MMC provides the app the image from WMC, or just gives the app a link to the image and it has to download separately. If the latter, then it won't work since the links are to the epg123 service....

Not a big deal , but I was pleasantly surprised after converting to epg123, that the premieres in the MMC app started showing up. For me this never worked with the old guide system. I found this very useful in discovering new shows to try out. Not sure of when but of late this feature does not work...

For my network stations (CBS/NBC...etc) - the listing are correct, but the Icons on the far left side on the app (on my phone) are saying HBO/Hitz 1/Hitz 2...etc - and there are various other channels with errors like this as well

I am using EPG123 as my guide engine, and everything looks fine on...

If you run into this, simply go to on your device and tap the Download button. You do not need to re-send me your UDID. It should install over...

I had to change the IP address on my WMP Windows 7 computer and now cannot connect my Windows 10 running My Media Center to it. A Scan for the new device says No New Devices Found After manual install of Windows...

I just sideloaded the Ceton My Media Center v1.3.6.5 on a Note8 (android 9) and is runs ok, However when configuring the login for a PC connection the Manage Security Password option is missing. This is not allowing me to connect because I cannot enter a username/pw.

I figured it out. Turns out that when you long press on the PC you do not see all the options on the pop-up, but you can scroll to see more option which was not obvious.

Hi,

My issue is when using MMC to set recordings, it does not use the default recording settings within WMC. It starts the recording at the broadcast start time, not the 5mins early set within WMC. Is there a setting within MMC I have missed?

Based on the response to the poll, I suspect we will be fine using ad-hoc distribution.

Caution: this may be shut down or stop working at any time by Apple, Ceton (I doubt it), or (most likely) a future iOS update that renders the app incompatible in some way

I love using Ceton My Media Center from the comfort of my phone or tablet. But when I got a new phone yesterday I could no longer install it from the Play Store. It's just not freakin' there any more! Long story short it is being sold on Amazon. (Which sucks, because you have to pay $4.99 for it...

Hello,

I recently installed EPG123 and it's been great. All except for I think it might be the reason that MMC is no longer showing upcoming shows when I try to search for them.

I can search for any title and if I have it recorded, it'll show the recorded TV, but it will *not* show future...

Just to be clear - I tried clearing cache on the Android App and it did nothing.

My particular problem was that my Windows C:\ drive not being indexed. When I did that it started working again.

Can't say it'll be true for anybody else, but if you're having issues like mine, that's another place...

Good news, I found a way to sideload MMC onto Windows 10 and probably 8.1. If you guys who lost MMC would like the files please let me know. (I ask you just send me a screen shot of the receipt from the Microsoft Store.)
