Hi all,
Just a quick post to see if any of our members are willing / able to make a small donation to help cover our running costs?
I completely understand that times are hard for a lot of folks and many people are unable to offer any financial support.
Please don't feel pressured into donating...

Hi, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good USB DVB-S tuner. If it makes a difference to recommendations I have a £50 amazon voucher burning a hole in my pocket. Also it has to be USB as my HTPC has no internal expansion capabilities.
cheers!

Hi, Just done a fresh Win7 reinstall & I am finding no content within MSN Video Player- it lists series but then no programmes within the series. It does have Heat magazine style fluff videos listed under Entertainment....
Is this an issue with my HTPC or is Microsoft pulling the plug on MSN BBC...

More seriously it shows the direction of MCE compared to Xbox and its always being updated offerings....
This has been the case for quite some time now and shouldn't really come as a surprise.

Whilst I am temporarily without Media Centre I, for the first time, took my aerial lead and connected it to my TV last night. I was a bit surprised that it picked up everything, only having trouble with one mux – which frequency wise is far away from all the other muxes. I was surprised because in...

powered mast head amplifier as close to the aerial as possible. your aerial might need changing regards the other mux if it isn't picking up. i'd suggest a log-periodic 40 element u can pick them up for about 25 squid...

Hi,
Having (as per my other thread) finally caught up and bought a HDTV, I'm re-evaluating my TV requirements. Whilst analogue capture from Virgin in SD was perfectly fine on a SDTV, it sucks big time on a HDTV. I'm considering Freesat as a replacement and wondered if it is a viable and practical...

Just a catch up here. With the death of my 7MC machine, as per my other thread, we were pushed into considering our options here. We've decided to stick with Virgin cable, as we have currently, at the moment. We even considered going with an all streaming solution, but actually the current...

Hi
I just got live TV working again in my Media Center (Freeview over the air) using DVBLink TV Source. New digital aerial on the roof last week, all channels are present I think but I can't play Dave ja vu in Media Center or on the normal TV Tuner.
Has this channel gone off air ?
Thanks.

On 14 June 2011, UKTV announced that Really would launch on Freeview on 2 August 2011, to facilitate this Dave ja vu's broadcast hours on the platform were reduced from 8am-4am to 2am-4am.

Hi peeps, has anybody here fixed the issue of the two PickTV channels not working via a Dreambox and DVBLink?
I know it's been an issue for a while, I just never got around to looking into it.
I'm looking at trying oscam but just wondered if anybody else has an alternative?
